1. Customer Operations (Process & Document Control)
Job Descriptions :
-
- Analyzing and gathering all the requested information into SOP/ TGU draft, to ensure that the SOP/TGU compiled in accordance
- Follow-ups the requester related to the completeness of the information needed in the SOP/TGU, to make SOPs/TGU in accordance with the standards
- Develop all information relating to the data and information needed to be socialized to the team, to ensure that information (both new and refreshment) can be given to each team member
- Reviewing the approved SOP/TGU draft to ensure that the latest information shared to team members is relevant and appropriate
- In collaboration with the Customer Operations Team in terms of identifying daily operational problems, in order to revise/adjust/add information in the SOP/TGU as an improvement in the future
- Updating SOPs/TGU regularly, in order to meet banking regulations related to risk control
- Compile, collect, and send periodic reports relating to Progress Update/Information Tracker to provide accurate information to the Customer Operation team
Requirements :
-
- Bachelor’s Degree from any major
- Minimum 3 (three) years of experience as an SOP or compliance team in banking or contact center
- Written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English
- Have good knowledge of SOP
- Understand the provisions and business processes in the banking industry
- Understand document processing tools, data processing, Microsoft Office
2. Credit Administration
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
-
- Memantau dan mengevaluasi Pelaksanaan Perjanjian Kerja Sama Penilai Independen
- Mengajukan permintaan penilaian jaminan
- Pemantauan hasil penilaian penjaminan
- Mengajukan Notaris rekanan Bank dari seluruh kantor cabang
- Melakukan pembayaran atas jasa notaris rekanan bank
- Laporan Notaris Tabungan Sementara
- Laporan penilaian jaminan untuk seluruh cabang
- Membuat laporan secara akurat dan tepat waktu
Kualifikasi :
-
- Minimal Sarjana, lebih diutamakan jurusan Ekonomi, Manajemen, Administrasi, atau Akuntansi.
- Minimal 1 (satu) tahun di bidang kredit perbankan
- Menguasai ketentuan BI, OJK, dan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku terkait dengan kegiatan usaha Bank
- Memahami masalah akuntansi dan hukum
3. Team Leader, Customer Operations – Quality Assurance
Job Descriptions :
-
- Implement direct observations to review the quality of agent services
- Gather and analyze sample data to assess the quality of customer service services based on the QA Scorecard methodology
- Evaluate and submit results to agents based on performance reviews conducted by the QA team to improve the quality of services
- Give advice to the KMS team to conduct data reaching in e-learning based on agent findings
- Prepare a report based on the results of the assessment of the Customer Operations Agent to provide accurate information that will be given to the Customer Operations Team Leader as further improvement
Requirements :

- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Minimum 1 year managing QA team, preferably in Customer service area in financial industry
- Understand document processing tools, data processing and Microsoft Office
- Understand verbal & nonverbal communication ethics
- Able to communicate using English at least passively
- Understand improving activity processes in the banking or call center industry
4. Teller
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
-
- Melayani kebutuhan nasabah dalam memproses transaksi tunai dan non-tunai
- Mengelola uang tunai khasanah (cash in vault) secara harian
- Memastikan uang yang diterima telah sesuai dan transaksi diproses sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku
- Membuat dan bertanggung jawab terhadap laporan-laporan yang diperlukan dalam ruang lingkup Teller
Kualifikasi :
-
- Minimal S1 semua jurusan
- Minimal 1 (satu) tahun pengalaman kerja sebagai Frontline di perbankan
- Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office
- Memahami proses operasional dan ketentuan perbankan
- Teliti, disiplin, jujur dan service oriented
- Bersedia ditempatkan di cabang SeaBank di Banjarmasin, Kalimantan Selatan
